Meet Frankie

Frankie Cotton is the CEO and founder of Brick, the creative agency for people building something new.

Before launching Brick (formerly Let’s Be Frank) in 2017, Frankie worked as the Global Marketing Director for telecoms and cloud specialist BSO and ran campaigns for tech giants Apple and Adobe. Frankie has worked in-house and consulted for technology startups and scaleups, supporting critical investment rounds, mergers and acquisitions.

She works to shape a more equitable and sustainable UK business culture by leading meaningful conversations on two podcasts: Raise The Bar and What Does Green Really Mean?

In addition to managing Brick, Frankie is the co-founder of fit tech startup Another Round (which has raised £600K, with lead investment from the founders of Pure Gym) and co-founded the female founder network Found & Flourish in 2018.
